Removing, replacing or repairing toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, hose bibs and water heaters is a mainstay of our services. Leaks, dripping faucets, clogged sinks and tubs or running toilets can all be repaired with a simple phone call to Referral Handyman Services.

Electrical Services

Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, garage door openers, bathroom exhaust fans, one-way switches, GCFI outlets, TV mounting or outside coach lights are all very common services for our customers. I do not offer major electrical services, nor do I work within the service panel.

Drywall Repairs

Did an overflowing toilet or leaking sink ruin your downstairs ceiling and walls? If so, give us a call. We’re experts at drywall repairs and we’ll make the ceiling and walls look as if you never had water damage in the first place.

Painting:

With over 40 years of experience painting the interiors and exteriors of homes, I can help transform your space into a freshly painted retreat that you’ll love spending time and relaxing in.

Doors & Carpentry:

Installing new doors, repairing sticking or non-operable doors, crown molding, baseboards, fireplace mantles, building dividing walls, deck repairs, custom cabinetry or shelving are all offered in our list of services.

Tile Work:

I can help you with the design and installation of flooring, backsplashes, custom shower stalls or countertops with the latest methods and materials to ensure a fantastic result. Tile replacement, grout repair and cleaning are also available.

Chalk Painted Furniture & Cabinetry:

Why spend tens of thousands replacing your kitchen cabinetry when you can refinish them for a fraction of the cost? Find some photos of how you’d like your cabinets to look and I’ll do the research to figure out how to replicate that style and provide you with a detailed proposal.

Deck Cleaning & Refinishing:

Rotted deck boards, shaky stairs, loose handrails, broken skirting or lattice and damaged posts are all items I can fix for you. We have extensive experience power washing and staining decks as well.

Front Door Refinishing:

Many times there’s no need to replace your weathered front door. Did you purchase one of those entertainment centers or dressers from a big box store that has around 500 pieces and you simply don’t have the time or patience to get this thing assembled? Well you can call us and we’ll be happy to get that piece put together accurately and secured into its new spot in your home within no time.
